In Key Stage Three (Years 7-9), the careers programme focuses on exploration and
engagement. The aims for each year group are:

| 8 | To be able to identify my own skills, likes and dislikes and how these relate to different types of work | Character and Culture: • So many careers: where do I start? (using diagnostic assessment tools) Business Breakfast event including encounters with apprenticeship providers. |
| 9 | To understand how subjects and hobbies can link to the world of work | Character and Culture: • Pathways planning Assembly time with Further Education provider(s) and Worcestershire Apprenticeships Immersive Careers Day |
